Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
VueStream is a media player only. It does not provide, host, or include any TV channels, films, streams, or other media. To use VueStream you must supply your own playlist or IPTV subscription from a provider you are legally entitled to use. VueStream is not affiliated with any content provider.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VueStream applications and Web Player (the “Service”). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What VueStream is (and isn’t)
VueStream is a neutral, general-purpose media player. In the same way that players such as VLC or Infuse can open a file or a stream you provide, VueStream plays the Live TV, movie and series sources you connect to it. The Service does not include, bundle, host, index, curate or sell any channels, films, streams or other media, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any content provider.
To use VueStream you must bring your own source — an Xtream Codes account or an M3U / M3U8 playlist (and optionally an XMLTV guide) — obtained from a provider you are legally entitled to use.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you create a free account you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to be responsible for activity under your account. You may create profiles for members of your household; you are responsible for their use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- Only connect and play content you own or are otherwise legally authorized to access;
- Comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of your own content provider;
- Not use the Service to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for the sources you load and for ensuring you have the rights to access them. Using VueStream with content you do not have the rights to is not permitted and is your responsibility, not ours.
4. Your content and credentials
You retain all rights in the playlists, credentials and configuration you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that data to your devices as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of, and do not monetize, your sources.
5. Fees
VueStream is free to download and includes a free cloud account with multi-profile sync and no ads. If we ever introduce an optional paid tier, it will unlock power features of the player only — it will never be a way to buy channels, subscriptions or content. Any paid terms will be disclosed before purchase.
6. Third-party services
Your provider, app stores and network carriers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every source, device or provider. Because content comes from your own sources, we make no representations about its availability, legality or quality.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VueStream and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VueStream harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content and sources, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnification) will survive.
11. DMCA & copyright policy
VueStream does not host, store or provide any media, so infringing streams cannot be “taken down” from VueStream — they live with the provider whose source a user has connected. Nevertheless, we respect intellectual-property rights and will respond to properly submitted notices concerning the Service itself.
If you believe material associated with the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@vuestreamplayer.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (address, telephone number and email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Because a provider’s content is outside our control, we may also direct you to the relevant provider or hosting party where that is the appropriate recipient of your notice.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
