DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

VueStream is a media player only. It does not provide, host, or include any TV channels, films, streams, or other media. To use VueStream you must supply your own playlist or IPTV subscription from a provider you are legally entitled to use. VueStream is not affiliated with any content provider.

1. VueStream hosts no content

VueStream is a neutral, general-purpose media player — in the same category as players such as VLC or Infuse. It plays the Live TV, movie and series sources that you connect to it via your own Xtream Codes account or M3U / M3U8 playlist. VueStream does not host, store, index, curate or provide any media. Because infringing streams do not live on VueStream, they cannot be “taken down” from VueStream — they reside with the provider whose source a user has connected.

2. Notices concerning the Service itself

We respect intellectual-property rights and will respond to properly submitted notices concerning the VueStream Service itself (for example, our own apps, website or branding). If you believe material we control infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@vuestreamplayer.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number and email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Content that lives with your provider

Because a provider’s content is outside our control, we may direct you to the relevant provider or hosting party where that is the appropriate recipient of your notice. Rights-holders concerned about a specific stream should contact the operator of the source it originates from.

4. Repeat infringers & misuse

Users must only connect and play content they own or are otherwise legally authorized to access, as set out in our Terms of Service. Using VueStream with content you do not have the rights to is not permitted. Submitting knowingly false notices may carry legal liability.
